After working in several school settings, Tim Lee realized that developing longer and deeper relationships with students and their families was the most rewarding aspect of his work. Working independently allows him the freedom to focus on what is best for each student, and the leeway necessary to assure the best possible fit between student and school or college.

Tim oversees services to all clients at AHP, including independent school clients, college-bound students, and those with special needs as well as at-risk teens. A Certified Educational Planner, Tim has guided young people to make informed educational decisions for three decades. Before joining AHP, he was an associate director of admissions as well as a placement advisor at two leading New England schools. Tim graduated from Harvard College and received a Master of Education in adolescent development from the Harvard Graduate School of Education. He is currently president of the Independent Educational Consultants Association and has served on the board for five years. He also is a member of the National Association for College Admission Counseling and the American Institute of Certified Educational Planners.
